1. Booking and payment. Prices and selected add-ons are shown before payment. Choosing a time does not itself confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed only when successful payment has been independently verified and confirmation is issued. If verification fails or the requested time is unavailable, contact the studio for assistance and any refund due.
2. Appointments and punctuality. The booking confirmation will state the selected location, date and time. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce available treatment time or require a rearrangement; any applicable charge must be disclosed and handled in accordance with consumer law.
3. Changes, cancellations and missed appointments. Please contact the studio as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Any reasonable cancellation fee depends on notice, the services booked, costs already incurred, and applicable law. No blanket “non-refundable” rule applies. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Treatment suitability and safety. Tell the studio about allergies, sensitivities, eye or skin conditions and other relevant safety issues before treatment. Services may be declined or postponed where safe treatment is not possible. Skin Revival requires an additional suitability assessment and specific informed consent; booking terms are not medical consent.
5. Results and aftercare. Nail, lash and skin results depend on individual factors and aftercare. Inspiration photographs are references, not guarantees of an identical result. Aftercare instructions will be provided where appropriate; report any concerning reaction and seek medical assistance if necessary.
6. Pricing and additions. Nail art is R25 per selected nail, old-nail soak-off is R250, and Extra Long adds R75 as displayed. Any additional work not included in the confirmed quote requires your agreement before being charged.
7. Consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law. Fair and reasonable treatment, refunds and remedies apply where legally required.

These are proposed booking terms. Have them reviewed for your business, cancellation fees, locations, insurance and treatment authorisations before taking live payments.
Shopping & delivery
Prices are in South African rand. Order processing starts after Yoco confirms payment. Courier delivery is available in South Africa only, subject to destination, packaging, service availability and courier acceptance. Main-centre delivery is R199 to listed Gauteng centres or R249 to listed other-province centres, for qualifying parcels up to 5 kg. For remote or special-delivery addresses, contact us to confirm a quote before paying. Your complete delivery cost appears before payment. You may collect for free in Menlo Park by prior arrangement.
The shipping fees shown at checkout apply to the order you place. Please contact us before ordering to a remote area or for an unusually large order. Remote areas and oversized orders require a personal quote before payment; delivery rates do not guarantee coverage of farms, mines and special access areas. We will never automatically add an undisclosed surcharge after payment.
If there is a product defect or problem, please contact us so we can assist in line with applicable South African consumer-protection laws. We don't exclude statutory rights. Opened personal-care products may have hygiene-related return restrictions where lawful; incorrectly supplied, unsafe or defective products are handled according to consumer law.
Waxing and sugaring may cause irritation or burns; test temperature, patch test, and avoid damaged or sensitised skin and contraindicated skincare. Read the instructions. No cosmetic result is guaranteed.
